July 2021 was a busy month for Automation Service, with our new pneumatics line rolling out, and ISO 9001:2015 audit too. Automation Service first became ISO Certified in 2004, giving our customers reassurance that we are continually improving our processes. This year’s audit was especially exciting for our team because we successfully expanded our scope to include manufacture as we ramp up production on our pneumatics line.
Brenda Reed, Quality Management System Administrator, said, “Updating our Scope to reflect the new product line was important to us, but also to our customers. We’ve received multiple requests asking about inclusion of the new product line, and on consulting with our registrar we were able to make that happen along with our surveillance audit.”
Our audit and certification come from BSI, an internationally recognized ISO standard registrar. The certification of our ISO Quality Management System assures our customers of our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Our partners and resellers all over the world rely on our ISO 9001:2015 certification to assure their end-users that our manufacturing and remanufacturing processes are consistent, and continually reviewed for compliance and improvement.
