Automation Service Hosts Gov. Greitens for Bill Signing

May 31, 2017

May 30, 2017 was an exciting afternoon at Automation Service. We hosted Governor Eric Greitens as he signed the “Fairness in Public Construction Act” bill into law. Greitens staffers, Dylan Johnson and Charlie Barnes did an incredible job working with our team to prepare the plant to host dignitaries, local press and special guests. Many Automation Service employees were on hand to witness the signing and press gaggle following.

MO State Representative Rob Vescovo handled the bill in the House and made the initial comments about the significance of this bill. Senator Bob Onder asponsored the bill, and introduced Governor Greitens’ special guest, Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin.

We were honored to be asked to host the event, and would like to thank everyone in attendance for a remarkable afternoon.
