As the Vice President of the Valve Division and General Manager of Automation Service, Brent serves as the senior leader responsible for strategic direction, operational performance, and overall business growth. He leads sales, engineering, production, and service teams with a focus on expanding market presence and driving profitable growth. With more than 25 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing and engineer-to-order environments, he brings a leadership style centered on accountability, customer responsiveness, and long-term value creation.

Tammi Spinnenweber joined Automation Service in 2023. She brings over 30 years of experience in management, technical support, education, and technical training to the team. After a 25-year career with increasing responsibilities at AB-InBev, formerly Anheuser Busch, she joined an instrumentation and process control distributor and service company as the Application Engineering Manager where she managed technical support for control valve, actuator, and pump repairs. Tammi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Mr. Ploudre is Automation Service’s Subject Matter Expert when it comes to material acquisition and negotiation. With almost 20 years of experience with Automation Service, Mr. Ploudre has played a critical role in the growth of the company through the development of our reclamation and recycling programs. He is well respected in the equipment broker environment all over North America. Mr. Ploudre’s high degree of integrity and professionalism has earned him strong relationships with some of the largest surplus vendors in the U.S.
