Drew DubrayAutomation Service is expanding its team of manufacturing experts. Drew Dubray recently joined us as Vice President of Manufacturing, replacing Tom Hankins. Tom retired on June 30th, 2017, after six years of service to the company. He was a hands-on leader with a passion for production and he provided superior leadership during critical transition and growth phases in his time at Automation Service.

Tom was instrumental in spearheading safety improvements throughout our processes, and he instilled confidence in everyone who worked with him. He was a key foundation piece carrying the company through an ownership transition, while maintaining a dedicated focus on growth.  Tom will be greatly missed and we wish him the best in his retirement years.

Drew comes to Automation Service from Takara Belmont USA and has 25 years of manufacturing experience. He has a demonstrated passion for leading manufacturing companies and improving their performance with a long-term view and by developing a culture of quality and safety. Drew will be a key player in enhancing our customer service, quality, and reliability efforts. With Drew’s determined focus on safety, he will pick up where Tom left off in working to ensure that Automation Service continuously improves and exceeds customer expectations for on-time delivery and quality control.

“Our top priority is to deliver excellent remanufactured process controls, while maintaining a safe and professional working environment for our staff,” said Automation Service President Stan Carr. “With Drew and other key leaders in place, Automation Service is better equipped to continually improve the safety of our team members, optimize the performance of our organization, and enhance the quality of products and service our customers receive from us.”
