Ovation HoldingsBarry Shoulders, President and CEO of Allied Valve, Inc., today announced a merger with St. Louis, MO-based Automation Service, an internationally recognized provider of remanufactured Fisher® control valves and actuators as well as remanufactured Rosemount® and Foxboro® process instrumentation. Effective May 11, when the merger is complete, Shoulders will begin serving as President and CEO of Ovation Holdings, Inc., a corporate entity created to own the newly merged companies.

While Shoulders will continue to direct the sales and service activities that Allied Valve performs on many of the industry’s most well-known brands of control valves, pressure valves and actuators, Stan Carr will retain his role as President of Automation Service and their nearly 120 company members.

The new company will be able to claim combined experience that exceeds 125 years, as well as a 285-member team comprised of engineers, applications experts, certified technicians, and support personnel.
