This is founder Floyd Barnett's philosophy applied back in 1956 when he opened our doors, and it still applies today. For 50 years, Automation Service has been committed to delivering quality you can trust and prices you can afford – from the innovative thinking behind our exclusive remanufactured control concept to our service technicians who are accessible around the clock.

Since 1956, Automation Service has met the process control needs of many different industries around the globe. To provide the highest possible quality, we do not rebuild or refurbish any instrument. Instead, we completely remanufacture every component, then manufacture instruments from those components.

At Automation Service, we believe you don't have to pay excessive charges for the best product quality, the finest customer service and the most extensive warranty in the business.  We've built a successful business without cutting corners, making compromises or doing anything halfway. Premium products and premium service are what you've counted on from us in the past, and they'll continue to be what you can count on from us in the future.

Automation Service is the largest remanufacturer of process controls in the world. These devices control and measure temperature, pressure and flow in the refining of raw materials such as: petroleum, chemicals, plastics, electricity, fertilizers, papers, foods, beverages and waste water treatment. Although Automation Service has been around since 1956, we are in a period of aggressive growth brought on by second-generation management.

You may not realize it, but almost everything you see around you was produced in a plant or refinery facilities ... and at some point, the production process was measured by instruments.

Instruments are everywhere! ... So, what do they do?

Using the latest multimedia technology, courseware development is underway which will help us maintain standard procedures and enhance technical expertise. When complete, computer-based training and simulations will cover all aspects of disassembly, processing, reassembly, calibration and testing of every instrument we sell.

Employees are thoroughly tested to determine if they have learned a procedure and can perform it effectively. A staff of instructional engineers and programmers has been added to expedite this critical aspect of our quality control systems.

Automation Service training also uses the technology that drives the world-wide-web to provide on-demand information and training to ensure the kind of follow-up that leads to superior knowledge and job performance.
