This position will preside over all Company functions and requires high energy, a get-things-done approach, the ability to develop and drive short and long-range strategies/goals, and excellent communication skills.  

 

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with 10+ year’s experience in a top leadership position, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with full profit and loss accountability. This experience should include thorough exposure to operations, finance, sales, engineering, IT, marketing, and human resources.
