In-house programmers have developed some of the most advanced custom software used in manufacturing today. With a ratio of nine computers for every ten people it's easy to see our commitment to automation!

A True Commitment to Training:

We've made a large financial commitment to insuring that our employees are properly trained by installing an In-House Multi-Media Training Center. This innovation has brought about a whole new methodology of looking at how we train our employees. From the simple procedure of checking a forklift's oil, to an elaborate calibration procedure for a customer's control. With a training department comprised of an Instructional Engineer and a Computer Animation Editor, we produce training modules that make even the "big boys" green with envy.

Our CEO, a young aggressive 41 year-old knows every one of his employees by first name and intends to keep it that way. We even go so far as to provide our family with free vitamin supplements to keep our star athletes in the best mental and physical condition.
